Think SAFE Self-Defense seminars cover the basics of self-defense- the importance of awareness, effective blocks, how and where to strike back, and how to defend against common attacks. We also prepare you to deal with the physical and psychological effects of a violent encounter.
From classroom chats, physical education classes, lunch and learns, standard self-defense classes, and corporate self-defense training, we have the experience and expertise to provide targeted curriculum. Training options are designed for individuals, small groups or large groups, and for all ages!

Self-Defense is more than the ability to fight back. Our classes not only teach you physical skills to protect yourself - but also instill awareness skills that serve as a deterrent to attackers looking for 'easy prey'.
When the situation is on the verge of conflict, it’s important to remember “The fight you win is the fight you were never in.” Our training includes de-escalation strategies and non-violent responses to avoid a physical confrontation.
When all else fails, and you must react, our training teaches you how to address the immediate danger, effective skills to fight back, and do whatever it takes to get home safe.
We offer a variety of classes and seminars that range in age from 4 and up, including adult self-defense, kids safety and anti-bully programs.
Most classes and seminars range from one-time to multi-week sessions, and vary in duration (typically 1-2 hours).
