The Empowerment Division of Triumph Martial Arts
At Think SAFE Self-Defense, we believe that personal safety should empower—not intimidate. Developed as the self-defense division of Triumph Martial Arts, Think SAFE was created to offer a better alternative to the fear-based, “scare-tactic” approach too common in personal safety training. Effective self-defense doesn’t have to be frightening—it just has to work.
We focus on teaching real-world skills that are easy to learn, easy to remember, and adaptable under stress. And beyond the physical skills, we train people to Think SAFE—developing a mindset of awareness, confidence, and proactive personal safety.
Why “Think SAFE”?
The most effective self-defense begins before a threat appears. That’s why we focus on prevention, awareness, and confident decision-making as much as physical techniques. When you train with us, you’re not just learning to defend yourself—you’re learning how to avoid danger, stay calm under pressure, and take control of your personal safety.
“The world is unpredictable. Self-defense gives you options—and confidence gives you control. Every woman deserves to feel capable, strong, and safe.”
— Chris White, Director of Women’s Programs
