Biography

Mr. Chase Swenson is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and an ATA Martial Arts Level 1 Certified Legacy Trainer. He is a valued member of the Triumph Martial Arts team in Pella, Iowa.

Mr. Swenson began his martial arts journey in Triumph’s ATA Tigers preschool martial arts program. He continued training through the Kids and Teen and Adult Taekwondo programs, progressing from a young beginner into an accomplished black belt, competitor, and Legacy trainer.

An experienced ATA tournament competitor, Mr. Swenson has earned several State and District Championship titles. He also qualified for and competed in the ATA Tournament of Champions, where he earned Top Ten honors.

Having experienced every stage of Triumph’s Taekwondo program, Mr. Swenson understands how consistent training helps students develop confidence, focus, perseverance, and martial arts skills. His long history with the school and dedication to training make him a highly valued member of the Triumph Martial Arts Pella staff.

Mr. Swenson graduated from Pella Community High School in 2026. During high school, he was actively involved in band and other music programs, demonstrating the same commitment and discipline he brings to his martial arts training.
