Krav Maga is an evolving system of “no rules” street fighting. It borrows techniques from many martial arts to create an efficient and effective way to defend against real world violence. The primary goal of Krav Maga is to dominate and neutralize a threat as quickly as possible.
No previous experience required! We build on instinctive reactions and gross motor movements - skills that anyone can easily pick up and learn.

Our Krav Maga program is for ages 16 and up. We offer martial arts classes for ages 4 and up.

No, our classes are a good mix of men and women of all fitness levels. Beginners train alongside some of our more experienced members, helping each other out in an enjoyable team environment.
Absolutely not. While kicks and punches are practiced on pads, and self-defense techniques are practiced with partners, you’ll actually learn how to AVOID fights and defend yourself as a last resort.

There are no long term membership commitments. We offer month to month memberships, as well as savings on family memberships.
