Biography

Miss Olivia White is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and an ATA Martial Arts Level 1 Certified Legacy Trainer at Triumph Martial Arts in Pella, Iowa. She is a second-generation martial artist and the youngest daughter of Master Matt White and Mrs. Chris White.

Miss White began training at age four in the ATA Tigers preschool martial arts program and has now trained in Taekwondo for more than 15 years. Having grown from a young beginner into an accomplished black belt and instructor, she understands the challenges students experience at every stage of their martial arts journey.

A successful ATA tournament competitor, Miss White earned 2019 State Champion titles in Forms and Traditional Weapons, as well as the District Champion title in Traditional Weapons. She also qualified for the 2019 ATA Tournament of Champions in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she earned a Top Ten award.

Miss White assists with Taekwondo classes at the Triumph Martial Arts Pella location. She enjoys providing instruction, encouragement, and helpful feedback as students develop their skills and work toward their goals.

In 2026, Miss White graduated from Pella Community High School. During high school, she was an accomplished musician who played trombone in Jazz Band, Concert Band, and Marching Band. She also played violin in Orchestra and participated in choir, show choir, and speech. One of her most memorable high school experiences was performing in the 2023 Tournament of Roses Parade with the Pella Marching Dutch.

Miss White currently attends the University of Iowa, where she is studying Creative Writing and Music. She is also a member of the Iowa Hawkeye Marching Band, continuing her passion for music and performance. Go Hawks!
