Biography
Olivia is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, and an ATA Martial Arts Certified Legacy Trainer. She is a second-generation martial artist, and the youngest daughter of Master and Mrs. White.
Olivia loves to put her skills to the test in competiton and earned a District Champion title in Traditional Weapons for the 2019 tournament season! She qualified for and competed in the ATA Tournament of Champions in Little Rock, AR in July 2019 – earning a Top Ten award. She earned State Champion titles in Forms and Traditional Weapons in 2019.
Olivia has been training for more than 10 years, and started at the age of four in our ATA Tigers program.
She currently assists with classes at our Pella location, and loves being able to provide training and feedback, helping our students work toward their goals.
FUN FACT: Olivia is an accomplished musician. She plays the trombone in Jazz Band, Concert Band, and Marching Band – and she performed in the 2023 Tournament of Roses parade with the March Band. She also plays violin in Orchestra. In addition to band, she participates in choir and show choir.
